Nessun aspetto mi ha soddisfatto, ho ordinato e pagato un ricambio per lucidatrice Folletto, dopo una settimana ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo e mi è stato riferito che il pezzo non era più disponibile e mi era stato fatto il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna mail né tanto meno il rimborso.

Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.

Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Semplicemente perfetti. Bravissimi.

Innanzitutto gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Facilità nel trovare i ricambi nel loro sito (anche aiutati con gli esplosi delle macchine), pronte comunicazioni delle tempistiche di reperibilità dei ricambi non presenti nei loro magazzini .
