Mi è stato decurtato l'ordine ( mancavano dei prodotti ) senza avvisarmi precedentemente. Avendolo saputo avrei fatto le mie valutazione e modificato l'ordine ... viste anche le spese di spedizione ... rimborso fatto subito per carità però ... ... ho anche scritto una mail per segnalare la cosa, ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere...
Molto soddisfatto sia per il prodotto che per la velocità di consegna. L'articolo era precisamente quello che cercavo. Consiglio certamente questa azienda.

Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
Prezzi vantaggiosi rispetto alla concorrenza, fornitura conforme all'ordine, consegna efficace (anche se il corriere non ha inviato alcuna notifica di spedizione), riparazione effettuata senza riscontrare il minimo problema. Che dire, ottimo!
