RECIPE WITH AIR FRYER

APPLE AND JAM PUFF PASTRY


Ingredients

  • 2 rolls round puff pastry
  • An apple
  • Q.b. peach jam
  • Q.b. sugar
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • Q.b. lemon juice

Procedure

  • Prepare the ingredients. Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices. Drizzle it with a little lemon juice so it doesn't blacken

  • Roll out the puff pastry and make eight disks of equal size with a bowl.
  • Place a large teaspoon of peach jam in the center of four discs, then place five or six slices of apple on top of each disc. Add a pinch of sugar. Whisk the egg and brush
