For Woll and Swiss Diamond non-stick pans, a short heating at low or medium heat is sufficient before adding the ingredients. Never heat them under vacuum for long periods.

Use oils with a high smoke point (e.g. sunflower oil, peanut oil, avocado oil) for high-temperature browning in steel.
