The QIDI Q2C is a 3D printer designed as a fast and precise tool for working with a wide range of engineering materials, offering a large print volume of 270 × 270 × 256 mm and a high printing speed of up to 600 mm/s with an acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s². The design, based on a rigid all-metal CoreXY frame, guarantees operational stability even during intense head movements, while the High Hardness Linear Guide Rail system on the X axis maintains a smooth and accurate movement in the long term. The system is completed by a new 1.5GT belt with increased tooth density, which reduces vibrations and improves the surface quality of the prints. Combined with a hotend capable of reaching temperatures of up to 370°C, the printer is ready to handle demanding filaments, including carbon fiber and glass composites and high-temperature materials such as PPS-CF.
Stable CoreXY design and precise movement
The use of an all-metal frame in the CoreXY layout helps reduce vibrations and maintain high structural rigidity even at high operating speeds. In combination with high-hardness linear guides, the X-axis movement remains smooth and repeatable, which directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the models. The transmission system has been optimized to reduce vibration artifacts, resulting in smoother and more uniform printing surfaces.
Extruder and management of demanding materials
The dual feed extrusion system, combined with hardened steel extruder components, ensures a stable and reliable material supply.
