Gas barbecues designed and manufactured in Italy, with a modern and elegant design. The burners, professional type, are made of aluminized steel to work safely and effectively. The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel with an eternal durability compared to those made of sheet metal, of low quality and subject to wear. TIPS
When first using the soapstone, it is necessary to wash both sides with warm water and baking soda, then grease it with olive oil and let it rest for at least 24 hours. Remove excess fat and heat it with moderate heat for 30 minutes, then let it cool down. Now the stone is ready for use.
After each use, the stone should be washed with warm water only when it has cooled down. Do not pour cold water on the hot plate. Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Quindi un'ottima esperienza di acquisto.
Prodotto acquistato da oltre due settimane. Lo indicavano spedito in 2/3 gg. Costo oltre 700 euro. MAI arrivato! Mandato email all'azienda ma senza risposta. Sarò costretta ad agire per vie legali.
Corretti ! Non potendo evadere l'ordine nei tempi previsti, mi hanno dato possibilità di recedere con rimborso o procedere con una nuova data di consegna (poi rispettata puntualmente). Soddisfatto dei ricambi e del servizio clienti.

Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
Buanasera sono molto arrabbiata, ho ordinato un ferro da stiro il giorno 08/09/2025 e ancora non ho ricevuto niente!!!
