Ho acquistato il prodotto il 24/07/2024. Il giorno 25/07/2024 mi scrivono "Purtroppo ricambio ordinato è terminato in magazzino. Verrà ordinato a fornitore, in arrivo tra 7-10 giorni." Ho risposto che accettavo la tempistica e di procedere ma ad oggi (29/08/2024) non ho più avuto nessun ritorno. Non posso certo dare una recensione positiva....
negativa! dopo aver fatto l'ordine, dopo 3 giorni mi è stato comunicato che il ricambio non era più disponibile e che mi avrebbero rimborsato quanto pagato. dopo 5 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
