Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!

I pezzi hanno ritardato in quanto non erano disponibili in magazzino,ma l'assistenza mi ha avvisato immediatamente.I prodotto sono totalmente compatibili e hanno riportato la mia macchina del caffè come nuova.
Esperienza pessima. Prima accettano l'ordine facendo credere di avere il materiale a magazzino in pronta consegna. In realtà ordinano sul venduto. Poi dopo giorni " persi" e di attesa ti annullano l'ordine dicendo che il fornitore non ha piu' disponibilità del pezzo ordinato. Pessima esperienza.
