Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.
Salve.....avrei lasciato volentieri la recensione, ma purtroppo, non ho ancora ricevuto ciò che ho ordinato....quando lo riceverò, sarà mio piacere farvi conoscere se sarò soddisfatto. Cordiali Saluti
Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.

L'acquisto e la consegna sono stati facili e puntuali. Peccato che l'azienda non ha precisato che gli articoli acquistati, che normalmente hanno una scadenza di almeno 4/5 anni, scadono ad aprile 2025. Sarebbe stata corretta un'informazione adeguata e completa.
È andata male il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Sono veramente dispiaciuto.
La comunicazione che l'articolo ordinato non era disponibile non è stata molto sollecita, i tempi di riaccredito del pagamento effettuato sono stati accettabili
