Ho acquistato 5 salse barbecue a fine novembre '25 e quando sono arrivate ho notato come tutte avessero date di scadenze piuttosto ravvicinate (aprile-giugno '26) nonostante questo tipo di prodotti abbia solitamente una vita pluriennale. Oltre alla difficoltà personale di consumare interamente i prodotti in così pochi mesi viene naturale pensare che lo shop online venga utilizzato per smaltire vecchi prodotti che, recandomi di persona in negozio, non avrei comprato data la scadenza ravvicinata.
Personale molto professionale e disponibile, di questi tempi non si trovano spesso persone come loro. Purtroppo il ricambio che ho acquistato aveva un difetto strutturale che non dipendeva dal venditore, ma con molta professionalità e cortesia mi è stato detto di fare il reso e mi è stato resistutio l'importo dell'acquisto. Consiglio di fare acquisti da questo venditore molto professionale serio ed affidabile. Complimenti ancora.
Esperienza d’acquisto pessima! Impastatrice Kenwood con bilancia non funzionante. Nessuna possibilità di restituire la merce nonostante la garanzia legale. Sovrapprezzo per sedizione “speciale”. L’azienda ha poi offerto una riparazione ma non copriva le spese di spedizione. Sconsigliato.
