Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Semplicemente perfetti. Bravissimi.
E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata.
