Non posso al momento lasciare una recensione positiva in quanto ho ordinato due articoli che risultavano "Disponibili in magazzino" e poi sono stato avvisato via mail che non erano disponibili ed avrebbero dovuto ordinarli a fornitore attendendo ulteriori 7-10 giorni ed ad oggi sono in attesa che arrivino. Ad onor del vero mi è stato proposto anche l'annullamento dell'ordine, tuttavia non trovo corretto che non vengano allineate le giacenze sul sito web, costringendo le persone a pagare un ordine e successivamente ad ottenere un rimborso o attendere il riassortimento salvo ulteriori imprevisti. Eventualmente ri-aggiornerò la recensione, ma al momento non la giudico complessivamente un'esperienza positiva. Aggiornamento: In data 27.05 la merce è arrivata e potrò ritirarla dal 29.05 presso la sede prescelta in fase di ordine

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza di acquisto con Assperr Group. Ho ordinato un motore per aspirapolvere Rowenta e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Il processo di acquisto è stato semplice e rapido, e il motore è arrivato in tempi brevissimi, perfettamente imballato e conforme alla descrizione. L'assistenza clienti è stata professionale e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a tutte le mie domande. Il motore funziona alla perfezione, riportando il mio aspirapolvere alla sua efficienza originale.
La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino
