L'autista mi ha chiamato al telefono e siamo riusciti a risolvere. L'oggetto acquistato aveva un imballo originale e intatto, e corrispondeva in tutto al mio ordine. Il prezzo da me pagato era significativamente più basso di quello offerto da aziende più note. Bravi.

Azienda molto seria. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in tempi rapidi con il corriere fedex. Il prodotto aveva la griglia di protezione posteriore visibilmente ammaccata , nonostante il pacco era integro e ben imballato. Ho fatto presente il problema, e per evitare la sostituzione, in quanto il pacco pesa piú di 30kg ho proposto di inviarmi solo la griglia, che mi invieranno in una settimana in quanto al momento non ê disponibile nei loro magazzini. Sono certo che terranno fede alla loro parola.
Acquisto 3 bottiglie ricambio per sodastream, prezzo buono però scadenza troppo vicina aprile 25... .
Ho acquistato un articolo che non prevedeva come da immagine il costo del trasporto. Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma.
