Pessima esperienza, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto disponibile in magazzino dopo cinque giorni non ho avuto nessuna email per la spedizione. Contattati mediante chat mi hanno risposto che aspettavano il prodotto dal fornitore. Successivamente mi hanno informato che il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato la cifra spesa.
Personale molto professionale e disponibile, di questi tempi non si trovano spesso persone come loro. Purtroppo il ricambio che ho acquistato aveva un difetto strutturale che non dipendeva dal venditore, ma con molta professionalità e cortesia mi è stato detto di fare il reso e mi è stato resistutio l'importo dell'acquisto.
