Veramente buona esperienza.
Salve veramente io ho ordinato il ricambio e lo pagato ma poi mi avete comunicato che non era disponibile e quindi privavate a procurarlo o altrimenti mi restituite il pagato grazie Fatemi sapere
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
Esperienza eccellente con il ritiro in negozio. La spedizione presso il punto vendita è stata rapidissima ed il personale in loco (Marghera) mi ha assistito aiutandomi a portare l'oggetto acquistato, che era molto pesante, in auto. Il prezzo d'acquisto, infine, è stato il più basso che ho potuto trovare sul mercato, compresi gli store online.
Il servizio clienti ha soddisfatto la mia richiesta malgrado non avessero il materiale disponibile nell'immediato. sono stata prontamente contattata e l'ordine è stato evaso senza ulteriori intoppi. dirra seria e attenta.alla clientela.
