Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata. Il prodotto corrisponde alle aspettative. Ricevuto in pochi giorni. Imballaggio perfetto, anche se mi sono cadute le braccia, per la scritta sul cartone ricevuto "MADE IN CINA", quando l'oggetto in questione, dovrebbe essere prodotto in ITALIA.
Acquistato un prodotto il 17 settembre contrassegnato come disponibile e consegna in 2/3 giorni. Dopo una settimana non ricevendolo vado a controllare e lo vedo disponibile in 30 giorni. Così scrivo all'assistenza che mi risponde che come scritto sul sito sarà disponibile da loro 31 giorni dopo la mail (da quando scrive.... era già passata una settimana) e che in seguito lo spediranno a me. Il 4 novembre, dopo un mese e mezzo dall'ordine, il prodotto mi viene consegnato. Meglio tardi che mai. Prodotto come da ordine.

Ho acquistato un articolo che non prevedeva come da immagine il costo del trasporto. Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma. Ho scelto questa opzione,ma la azienda in questione mi ha inviato il pezzo a sue spese. Ho ritenuto il gesto molto corretto.
