- Body shell made from a special aluminum alloy and feet in stainless steel and rubber for maximum stability during use
- Feet can be mounted in different configurations
- 319 mm blade in chromed 100Cr6 steel with professional profile: reduces waste and ensures uniform slices
- Rapid feed system and micrometric adjustment knob for the carriage to perfectly position the product
- Classic Berkel tower design combining structural strength and elegance
- Gold-colored trims to enhance all painted parts
- Classic Berkel flywheel with squared profile and internal balancing to lock rotation in any position

Il filtro non funziona
Facilità di acquisto indiscutibile. Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
