Prima ti dicono spedizione gratuita.. Poi ti chiamano e se vuoi la merce devi pagare la spedizione..
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
Avevo già comprato da loro, hanno anche questa volta dimostrato di essere cordiali, professionali e veloci....chapeau!
