Cold pressing

Cold-pressed juice is produced with a specific extraction process. Traditionally, cold-pressed juice is defined as unheated, unpasteurized juice, produced using a hydraulic press. Cold-pressed juice is better than that made with a regular juicer because all the heat-sensitive nutrients, such as vitamin C and crude enzymes, are preserved.
