L'acquisto e la consegna sono stati facili e puntuali. Peccato che l'azienda non ha precisato che gli articoli acquistati, che normalmente hanno una scadenza di almeno 4/5 anni, scadono ad aprile 2025. Sarebbe stata corretta un'informazione adeguata e completa.
Ottima esperienza. Il ricambio non era immediatamente disponibile ma sono stato prontamente avvisato del ritardo. I tempi prospettati sono stati rispettati.

Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
