Ho fatto l'ordine sul loro sito e dopo qualche giorno sono stato contattato via email perché la merce non era disponibile. Se non volevo aspettare mi avrebbero rimborsato. Quindi questa per me è serietà e correttezza. Ancora la merce non è arrivata però sono fiducioso.

negativa! dopo aver fatto l'ordine, dopo 3 giorni mi è stato comunicato che il ricambio non era più disponibile e che mi avrebbero rimborsato quanto pagato. dopo 5 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità.
