- Feet can be mounted in different configurations
- 319 mm blade in chromed 100Cr6 steel with professional profile: reduces waste and ensures uniform slices
- Rapid feed system and micrometric adjustment knob for the carriage to perfectly position the product
- Classic Berkel tower design combining structural strength and elegance
- Gold-colored trims to enhance all painted parts
- Classic Berkel flywheel with squared profile and internal balancing to lock rotation in any position
- Removable sharpener included with a single-motion sharpening system for maximum reliability
- Slice thickness adjustment knob with 11 positions, regulating slices between 0 mm and 1.5 mm
