Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.
Esperienza ottima! Acquisto da diverso tempo e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Spedizione veloce e oltre ogni aspettativa!
