D17C is a “mild” liquid soap that combines excellent cleaning power and a marked emollient action on the skin.
When choosing the constituent components D17C, priority was given to the use of effective products with absolute hygienic and dermatological safety: industrial preservatives and synthetic detergents with an excessively degreasing and dehydrating power were avoided, the formulation was enriched with coconut oil derivatives and the pH was adjusted to be very close to that of the epidermis. D17C does not cause skin dryness, roughness, irritation, and stickiness even after frequent washing. Leaves hands soft and lightly scented.

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Sul sito pubblicizzano prodotto disponibile. Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.
Esperienza positiva: ho ordinato un pezzo che però non era disponibile in magazzino. Mi hanno avvisato che sarebbe stato necessario qualche giorno in più del previsto, e infine infatti è arrivato. Tutto ok.
