Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma. Ho scelto questa opzione,ma la azienda in questione mi ha inviato il pezzo a sue spese. Ho ritenuto il gesto molto corretto.

C’è qualche discrepanza tra la disponibilità dei prodotti online e ciò che è effettivamente presente a magazzino. Per due ordini non è stato possibile la consegna di tutto quanto ordinato

Pessima esperienza, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto disponibile in magazzino dopo cinque giorni non ho avuto nessuna email per la spedizione. Contattati mediante chat mi hanno risposto che aspettavano il prodotto dal fornitore. Successivamente mi hanno informato che il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato la cifra spesa.
