Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso.
