DS24 allows you to degrease and completely eliminate bacterial load from the treated surface in a single operation, as it derives from the combination of sanitizing, emulsifying and dirt-removing active ingredients that act synergistically, ensuring an effective sanitizing action even in difficult situations of hard water and a high presence of organic material.
DS24 is available in a 3 liter plastic basket.

DS24 is a sanitizer with an unscented degreasing action, based on quaternary ammonium compounds, specific for use in industries and food establishments and restaurants.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
DS24 is used in the food industry and particularly in the collective catering sectors and in food distribution establishments, as part of cleaning and sanitization programs according to the HACCP system for the complete sanitization and cleaning of: cooking plates and grids, stoves, ovens, extractor hoods, sinks and tops in steel 2% sponge - refrigerators 1.5% sponge - display cases, refrigerators, dispensers and storage shelves 1.5% sponge or mop.
DS24 is also used in the meat, fish, animal and vegetable preserves, dairy industries, farms and oil mills, to sanitize and degrease: packaging plants, machine tools and equipment, cold rooms, floors, walls, worktops and conveyor belts.
METHODS OF USE
To carry out a complete decontamination, apply a 1% solution in water of DS24 (100 grams of DS24 per 10 liters of water), leaving it to act for at least 5 minutes. In the presence of abundant amounts of organic material such as fat, blood, serum or other organic residues, to carry out a complete deep cleaning as well as a total elimination of microbes, it is advisable to increase the concentration to 2-3%. DS24 solutions
can be applied manually with a cloth, sponge or nebulizer, with a squeezing trolley, with immersion, with a pressure washer. At the end of each treatment, it is essential to thoroughly rinse with water until the foam is completely eliminated. On aluminum surfaces, it is recommended not to exceed the use concentration of 0.5% and to rinse the parts thoroughly
