ST31 is a brightening agent, with restrained foam, which is used as a rinsing additive in the
mechanical washing process of dishes with professional and semiprofessional machines.
ST31 is particularly suitable for washing in the presence of hard water (hardness greater than 25 °F) and for dishwashers with non-demineralized water.
ST31 eliminates limescale stains that form on dishes and glasses due to the hardness of the water, removes detergent residues that settle on the dishes during the washing phase and facilitates the drying of the dishes.
ST31 makes plates, dishes and glasses perfectly shiny and protects the dishwasher from the formation of calcareous incrustations due to the hardness of the washing water.
ST31 is available in a 5 liter plastic basket
